Is this a donation?

No. You buy digital content: a push in a duel, plus your nickname and message on the page. Nothing goes to a charity and the site never presents itself as a fundraiser.

Is this gambling?

No. There is no chance, no stake and no payout: the country ahead is simply the one whose supporters pushed most, and nobody receives money at the end. A finished duel shows a frozen result, nothing else.

Where does the money go?

To ELMODF SASU, the site's publisher, like the price of any digital product. It covers hosting, Stripe fees and VAT; the rest is revenue.

Can I get a refund?

No, except on a technical error: the content is delivered immediately and you waive the withdrawal right at checkout (see the terms). If you were charged twice or your push never appeared, write to us.

Are the totals real?

Yes. Every pin is a Stripe-confirmed payment, with one exception you can see directly on the wall: the publisher seeds some duels with €2 on each side. Those pins carry the name "The house" and a "house seed" tag. They are symmetric, so they never change who leads. There are no invented supporters, no invented messages and no inflated totals.

Why these countries?

The pre-opened duels are sporting or cultural rivalries. Duels aimed at a group of people, a religion, an origin or an armed conflict are refused and removed: this is a parish-pump game, not an outlet for hate.
