What we collect

• The nickname and message you type: public by design, displayed on the duel page. Do not put personal data in them.
• The amount, country and date of the push, plus the Stripe payment id.
• Your IP address, used only for abuse limiting. It serves as a temporary counter key and is erased automatically after one hour. It is never stored alongside pushes.

Your card details and receipt email are handled by Stripe and never reach us in the clear.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising cookie and no analytics tracker. Stripe sets its own technical cookies on its payment page.

Retention

Pushes are kept for as long as the duel exists (at least twelve months); accounting records for ten years, as French law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for your pin to be anonymised or removed at any time by writing to contact@elmodf.com; it goes within 72 hours. You also have rights of access, rectification and objection, and may complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL).
